Creative Wall Covering requires a 30 percent deposit on all projects, regardless of size, to secure scheduling, materials, and labor resources. This deposit allows us to reserve your project on our calendar and begin preparation immediately.
Many wall covering and finishing projects require advance ordering of specialty materials, custom products, and dedicated crew time. The deposit ensures these costs are covered and that your project receives priority attention from start to finish.
Because we commit time, staffing, and resources before work begins, the deposit also protects against last minute cancellations and schedule changes. This allows us to operate efficiently, maintain high service standards, and deliver consistent quality to every client.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in the contract.
